Project Bream was a new duplex build harnessing the relaxed coastal feel of a hamptons beachside cottage.

Architecturally designed to enhance the flow of air and light, both houses feature ample timber detailing including oak timber floors throughout and V-groove panelled ceilings.

Standout features include shaker style kitchen joinery, a small plunge pool with sandstone paving surrounds, and front façade walls of sandstone cladding and timber finishes.

Every inch of space was maximised including a large basement car garage in each duplex.
